When life gives you melons...
Make Melonaide.
Life is continually strange for us all and ever-changing in this ‘post-apocalyptic’ world… ‘post’ is a loose term, as more and more it seems we’re just waiting for the next horror to reveal itself to us on the daily. Perhaps the phrase ‘when life gives you lemons’ has gone out of vogue… we’re dealing with a whole other fruit now. Enter melons. They’re bigger to handle, sure. But maybe Melonaide is the harder earned, tastier juice to enjoy after the toil?
Introducing the latest release out of Diver & Te Whanganui-a-Tara… THEM SUNDRIES.
Instrumental cinematic groove, call it whatever you like. It’s double keyboards, bass and drums. An easy ‘buzz word’ connection to link the avid listener could be Surprise Chef meets Khruangbin or something like that. But it’s instrumental music, played by people that are inspired by a lot of influences. Listen to it, see if it’s for you. In the world of playlists and fighting against the noise, this is the best time to create and make music and putting it out there for the pure enjoyment of it. There’s plenty of pop-stars out there making noise and hustling for attention, but if you’re reading this then somehow you’ve stumbled upon some random music makers from the bottom corner of the globe. Well done you for getting this far!
